Hannity Dismisses Trump-Cohen Tape: ‘It’s Muffled,’ ‘I Don’t See Anything Here, I See a Dud’
CNN aired the audio of the big Donald Trump–Michael Cohen tape during Sean Hannity‘s show tonight. And Hannity did cover it, but dismissing the idea it’s some kind of big deal.
He admitted he was a little surprised “at a recording of a client,” but went on to say, “It’s muffled… I don’t see anything here, I see a dud.”
Gregg Jarrett agreed, said this happens all the time, and called the tape a “red herring to smear the president” on “personal matters.”
Hannity did take a moment during the segment to knock liberals and the media again, anticipating that this will be “the next hyperventilating moment of the media.”
