Joe Biden Dodges When Asked If Clinton Foundation Has Been ‘100% Ethical’

When quizzed by MSNBC’s Kasie Hunt Thursday, Vice President Joe Biden declined to say whether he thought the Clinton Foundation has been completely ethical in its past conduct.

“Do you think Americans should be concerned at all about the ethics of the Clinton Foundation?” Hunt asked. “Has the Clinton Foundation always been 100% ethical in your view?”

“I think the Clinton Foundation like all foundations have found themselves in a position where things are changing, and I think [Hillary Clinton‘s] going to change and adjust to the realities of how complicated it has become,” Biden said, not really addressing the ethics question.

“Is she clearing herself up enough with that?” asked Hunt. “Should the Foundation have stopped taking foreign donations now?” (Clinton has already announced that it’ll stop taking foreign donations in November if she wins the election.)

“I think you’ll see them stop taking foreign donations,” Biden said vaguely.
