Joy Behar Slams Trump for Hinting at War With North Korea: ‘Talking About Annihilating Millions!’

Joy Behar is deeply concerned about how many people will die if President Trump leads America into a war against Kim Jong Un.

The View‘s political discussion was devoted to Trump’s speech today before the United Nations, where the president said North Korea will be destroyed if they keep making international threats. When the ladies noted how a war against the Kim regime could evolve into nuclear conflict, Behar and Sunny Hostin agreed that the fallout in that scenario would have dire consequences for the Hermit Kingdom and the region beyond.

Whoopi Goldberg acknowledged how Trump fans are likely to applaud the tough talk, but she also said “just because the other folks are nuts, we’re not supposed to be nuts.” Behar said she believes North Korea is more likely to sell nukes to terrorists than use one themselves, and she also brought up how Trump has suggested that nuclear weapons are an option in the past.

“Why does he have to be so provocative all the time,” Behar asked, “We’re talking about annihilating millions of people. This is not baby stuff. This is a guy who was leading The Apprentice and is now talking about nuclear war.”
