Lawsuit Filed Against Ed Schultz By NBC Employee For $100,000
Ed Schultz often gets “fired up” about various political topics on his nightly MSNBC show, but now he might be upset over an issue hitting a little closer to home. Michael Queen, a broadcast engineer in the NBC News Washington Bureau, is suing Schultz in federal court for at least $100,000 and claiming he helped Schultz get his start in television. Now Queen wants to be compensated for it.
Schultz’s lawyer, Jeffrey Landa denies the accusations and says there never was a contract between Schultz and Queen. Furthermore, Landa claims all of Queen’s charges relate to a different show Schultz filmed, but that never got picked up.
