Must-See Late Night Clip: Conan O’Brien Fails ALS Ice Bucket Challenge

President Barack Obama may not have accepted the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge this week, but at least he seemed to understand how it works. The same can’t be said for Conan O’Brien, who first thought the ALS Association would pay him if he let someone dump a bucket of ice water on his head, and then tried to game the system with plastic ice and warm water.

But by the end of this clip from last night’s show, he couldn’t escape the inevitable.
