Trump Defends His ‘Well-Crafted’ Tweets: ‘I’m Able to Go Bing, Bing, Bing’ and Hit Back

President Trump defended his Twitter use and got in another shot at the “fake media” during his Fox News interview with Maria Bartiromo.

He told Bartiromo that people have told him to lay off social media, but he noted, “When I put it out, you put it immediately on your show.”

The President defended his tweets as “well-crafted,” adding, “I was always a good student, I’m like a personal that does well with that kind of thing.”

And he even talked about how social media helped him win the presidency:

“I doubt I’d be here if it weren’t for social media, to be honest with you. Because there is a fake media out there––I get treated very unfairly by the media––and I have a tremendous platform. I think I have 125 million people between Twitter and Instagram and all of ’em––and Facebook. I have a tremendous platform. So when somebody says something about me, I’m able to go ‘bing bing bing’ and I take care of it.”
