Was Jessica Simpson Drunk During Live HSN Appearance?

Jessica Simpson appeared on HSN live Thursday night to promote her clothing line, but she looked a bit off and people suspected she was drunk.

Simpson slurred her words a bit as she talked about her sister possibly sharing her jeans with her husband. When host Colleen Lopez said women love the jeans, Simpson replied, “Maybe men too, you never know.”

Needless to say, there were lots and lots of questions as to whether she was actually drunk.

But as TMZ reported, people close to Simpson have been saying “the clip circulating of her giggling and slurring is just part of her personality that surfaces from time to time,” and she was fine during the rest of her HSN appearance.
