Sanders will be joined by Office of Management and Budget Acting Director Russell Vought, which means the briefing is likely to gravitate around President Donald Trump‘s pursuit of funding for a southern border wall. Reuters reported over the weekend that Trump intends to ask Congress to allocate $8.6 billion for the wall’s construction in the 2020 spending budget.
