WATCH LIVE: Outgoing IRS Chief Testifies Before House Committee

The House Ways and Means committee is holding a hearing on Friday regarding the IRS targeting conservative groups — a scandal that has dominated the news cycle and put the Obama administration in hot water. Officials from the IRS are set to testify, including Steven Miller, the acting commissioner who has since resigned.

Miller resigned earlier this week, citing “a strong and immediate need to restore public trust in the nation’s tax agency.”

The hearing is set to begin at 9 a.m. Eastern.
