WATCH LIVE: President Obama Speaks on Education in Syracuse, NY

President Obama is scheduled to give his second speech on education of the day at Henninger High School in Syracuse, New York beginning at approximately 5:55pm ET. In a speech earlier in the day at the University of Buffalo, Obama vowed to use federal student aid to help keep college costs down for students.
