British Police Bust Terror Plot, Arrest Four Young Men

British police have arrested four young men, all in their early 20s, believed to be planning a terrorist attack. According to The Telegraph, all four of them were arrested in raids carried out by Scotland Yard.

The arrests were carried out because the four men were suspected of “commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism.” Last month, England raised its terror level to “severe” over concerns about a “highly likely” terrorist attack on British soil.

One of the four suspects arrested was tasered by the police, Scotland Yard said, but he was not seriously injured.
