Kerry Bashes Media’s Predictions On Reid: ‘Hell, All The Pundits Were Wrong!’

Harry Reid‘s surprising victory over Sharron Angle may turn out to be the one bright spot in an otherwise fairly dire night for the Dems. So really who can blame John Kerry for being jubulent and wanting to rub everyone’s face in it. And by everyone we really mean the media, which has been gleefully predicting an Angle win for weeks now. Kerry’s statement:

“Politico was wrong, Huffington Post was wrong, hell, all the pundits were wrong. Harry Reid isn’t just Dracula, he isn’t just Lazarus, he’s our Leader and our whole caucus is thrilled that he’s unbreakable and unbeatable.”

Alternately, that Nevadans have more sense than pollsters give them credit for.

This one really hurts the baggers. They HATE Harry Reid!

And Nevada rejected their wishes, because most normal people (not fringe brain dead Fox news zombies) know that Angle is far from qualified to run an Applebee’s, let alone hold an office that has serious legislative ramifications.

@shootfromthehip: The fact that Reid was endorsed by the mining interests and Angle was in favor of Yucca Mountain, plus her idea that it wouldn’t be her job to help businesses in the state probably helped.

Hopefully this election was on the up and up.

SEIU controlling the voting machines sounded kind of fishy. The polls were wrong but the margin sounded more than it should have been.
