ROT IN HELL!. It’s simple, and it says it. The New York Daily News had to deliver–especially with the world-renowned New York Post headline team across town scrambling for their own suitable-for-framing effort to immortalize the moment in history. But the Posties, with GOT HIM! fell just short.

Around the country, there were lots of “We Got Him” headlines and plenty of big, bold versions of the classic DEAD, including the Chicago Sun-Times and the St. Pete Times.

Here are some of the most entertaining ways newspapers headlined the big story:

I say this is the perfect time for the Republicans to start a nationwide ‘ public dialogue ‘ forum on muslims in America and the ground zero mosque as a campaign tool.

If Obama apparently knowing Osama’s whereabouts for years now but waiting to act upon same until optimum political capitol gain could be realized, Trump kicking his _____, is at the very least scandalous, in reality much closer to treasonous.

Wow you really create your own reality. If the President wanted to gain the most political capitol, he would have waited until fall of 2012.
