‘How Humiliating!’ Megyn Kelly Mocks MSNBC’s Harris-Perry for Holder Duck Request

In one of the strangest (to put it mildly) interview moments ever, MSNBC’s Melissa Harris-Perry told Attorney General Eric Holder she and her show like to nickname him “The Duck,” and asked him, “Would you quack for us?”

Fox’s Howard Kurtz said tonight that it was “the most cringeworthy thing” he’s seen in a while.

Megyn Kelly, meanwhile, could barely contain her mocking disdain for the whole thing. She called it a “terrible question” and said it was so bad, Harris-Perry might as well have “proclaim[ed] her undying love for Eric Holder.”

Kelly also said, “How humiliating for her!” Kurtz said this just reinforces MSNBC’s “thrill up the leg” for Obama, and Kelly told him that even after making up stories about Iraq, she still trusts Brian Williams a whole lot more.
