In Tuesday Ratings, CNN’s In The Arena Slips To Fourth Place At 8 P.M.

Cable news ratings, April 26, 2011:

•CNN’s In the Arena, which has recovered from some significantly low ratings performances in recent weeks, was well over 100,000 viewers 25-54 but still found itself in fourth place Tuesday night, behind HLN’s Nancy Grace, MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell and Fox’s Bill O’Reilly. The Eliot Spitzer-led Arena lost more than 50,000 viewers from its lead-in, John King, USA, and the loss may have hurt CNN’s 9 p.m. hour, Piers Morgan Tonight, which was third with 129,000 viewers in the demo.

•At Fox, Glenn Beck‘s program again slipped to one of the network’s lowest-rated primetime shows, with 398,000 viewers 25-54 (still more than anything in prime on CNN or MSNBC). That rating put Beck ahead of Bret Baier, but behind Shepard Smith, Bill O’Reilly, Sean Hannity and Greta Van Susteren.
