Juan Williams Fires Back Uncontested After ‘House Negro’ Slur
Earlier this week on The O’Reilly Factor, Fox News’s Juan Williams and activist/radio host Warren Ballentine — both black men — squared off about the fall-out from Rush Limbaugh’s attempt to buy a minority stake in the St. Louis Rams. Things turned ugly when Ballentine told Williams to “go back to the porch, Juan.”
Well, Williams was the guest host of The O’Reilly Factor last night — the perfect chance to embarrass Ballentine and articulate his problem with his remark uncontested:
Williams: When you think things are being falsely said about [Limbaugh], and you stand up as a black man to say it — well, god help you, god help me becuase now we are the targets of attacks, and we’re made out to be less than faithful to all that happened to black people in America … we’re made out to be house slaves.
Rev. Ken Hutcherson, a former NFL player, a preacher and coincidentally a close friend of Limbaugh agreed with Williams on the show. “What Warren Ballentine said to you,” Hutcherson said to Williams, “was one of the most racist statements you can get: The man just flat out called you a house negro.”
Meanwhile, Ballentine is asking why he hasn’t been invited back on Fox to clear up his remarks.

We for one wish that Ballentine had another chance on Fox. It seems like the two of them going back and forth about the ‘house negro’ insinuation would make great cable, as long as it didn’t just turn into a shouting match.
Juan Williams discusses Ballentine’s slur as hosts of The O’Reilly Factor on Friday Night:

To invite Ballentine back to the show for a re-match w/Juan would be like re-inviting that black panther spokesman for re-match w/Michelle Malkin. When the Black Panther called Michelle a whore on Oreilly, it got real ugly!
The reason why Ballentine & the Black Panther will never be re-invited back on Fox is because they are the kind of people who will use foul language. Afterall, it’s not the Jerry Springer show.
Good for Juan, good for Hutch.
Ballentine had his time on the air and chose to use it by closing with a racial slur when he knew time was running out. He said it, he can live with it. Juan had every right to contest it in any way shape or form he chose to.
He wants a chance to un-ring a bell. Good luck there.
This man, Ballentine, should not be invited anywhere, anytime. He is a disgrace. Juan Williams, along with Shepard Smith, is truly a fair and balanced host on Fox and he was insulted by a jerk.
Ballentine addressed his appearance with Juan Williams totally uninterrupted on Twittwer, compliments of Johnny Dollar:
“Mr. Ballentine later bragged about the incident on his twitter page. (truthfighter1):
“ok howd i do u hear me tell jaun back to the porch lmao”
“is about to watch me on oreily it starts in 60 sec my popcorn is so buttery lol”
“oh make sure u hear my last shot a jaun williams it was a killer if i say so myself lol”
“just recorded bill oreliy man it was heated they may not invite me back lol iam so the truth lol”
It is extraordinarily ironic Mr. Ballentine is complaining about racism from Rush Limbaugh, yet in the very same breath manages to insult Mr. Williams with a racial slur. Hopefully, Mr. Ballentine will not be invited back on to the program.”
Earlier in the piece it is revealed that Mr Ballentine seems to have a penchant for racially slurring any black man who dares to deviate from his democratic master’s mantra.
“This is not the first time Mr. Williams has been attacked like this. Newsbusters writer Matthew Balan noted that on a CNN program aired in September of 2007, African American Syracuse University professor and blogger Boyce Watkins called Mr. Williams a “happy negro” after comparing FNC host Bill O’Reilly to Iranian tyrant Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. ”
I think that Mr Ballentine has shown himself to be too divisive and racially insensitive to be given any more of a platform!
The Seven Best (Or, Somewhat Memorable) Moments Of The Jay Leno Show

After 95 episodes, the epic failure known as The Jay Leno Show airs its final episode tonight. Of course, Leno himself will be back after the Olympics, comfortably at 11:35pm all over again. Which was pretty much the problem to begin with - the 10pm offering started as a similar product to the Tonight Show, and only became more like the old format as time went on.
