A.J. Delgado Accuses Ex-Trump Aide Jason Miller of Abuse, Heavy Drinking, Vile Jokes in Court Docs

A.J. Delgado, whose affair with fellow ex-Trump communications director Jason Miller has the pair engaged in a bitter custody battle over their eight-month-old son, has accused Miller of physical and sexual abuse.
In court documents obtained by the Daily Mail, Delgado (a former Mediaite columnist) lobs a number of stunning allegations against Miller, now a paid contributor at CNN, ranging from misogyny to physical abuse.
Miller and Delgado’s affair occurred while the pair were staffers on President Donald Trump’s 2016 election campaign. The Mail reported that Delgado claims Miller demanded she abort the baby they conceived during an affair while Miller was married to his wife, who was also pregnant at the time.
While Delgado accuses Miller of physical and sexual abuse, she did not elaborate on the accusations, nor did she comment on them to the Daily Mail.
In the court documents, Delgado accuses Miller of having a “demonstrably misogynistic attitude on women,” and claiming then-Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway’s breasts were “shriveled up fun bags” that needed to stay “covered.”
Miller, according to Delgado, also said he believed the moon landing was fake, a factoid he reportedly picked up by spending time with Sen. Ted Cruz’s (R-TX_ campaign team.
She also accuses Miller of being a “heavy drinker,” who would pay in cash at bars to cover his tracks and would “often sneak alcoholic beverages up to his office.”
Both Delgado and Miller are asking the court to mandate mental evaluations of the other.
Miller tweeted out his statement in response to the allegations:

Correction: A previous version of this story said that Delgado and Miller had a daughter together, when they had a son. Mediaite has updated the post and regrets the error.
