Taylor Swift Showed Up For Jury Duty and a Fellow Juror Live-Tweeted the Whole Thing
It’s probably a good thing that Taylor Swift wasn’t at the VMA’s last night, because this morning she had to show up for jury duty in Nashville. And while jury duty is pretty much the most boring, regular person thing you can do with your day, it’s not that way when one of music’s biggest stars is present. Thank goodness for Tracy Bates, who according to her Twitter bio is a “Licensed Instructor of Criminal Justice” who chooses to “fight that system,” because she live-Tweeted the whole thing.
