Oasis has been warned to “keep quiet” on their criticism of President Donald Trump as the band prepares to kick off the U.S. leg of their reunion tour in Chicago in late August.

Veteran talent manager Jonathan Shalit, chairman of the InterTalent Rights Group, has warned frontman Liam Gallagher and guitarist Noel Gallagher to keep their opinions on the president to themselves if they want their American tour to run without a hitch.

“My advice to Oasis is simple: Stay out of American politics,” Shalit told reporters. “If they want their US tour to go ahead without disruption, it would be wise to keep quiet on all things Trump.”

Both of the Gallagher brothers have had plenty to say about Trump in the past.

Noel told Canada’s CBC: “I find Donald Trump fucking hilarious. Purely from somebody speaking from across the Atlantic, it’s an amazing thing to watch. I’m glad he’s not running to be president of England but he is fucking funny, I’ll give him that.”

“To be honest though, if it’s a toss-up between Hillary [Clinton] and Trump, American politics is in a worse fucking place than ours,” he added.

By the time Trump won the 2016 election, the humor had worn off. Speaking to Paste magazine, Noel said he avoids the headlines: “The news is fucking boring. So if the world is going to end, I don’t want to know about it” but said he made an exception for Trump “because his views on the environment are pretty fucking scary, and that will affect my children.”

Liam Gallagher, meanwhile, turned the political comparison on his own brother during their long-running feud before the pair reunited.

Accepting a “Godlike Genius” award at the NME Awards in London, he was asked who he thought the world’s biggest villain was.

“Gotta be Noel,” Liam replied, name-dropping his brother. “I’m being serious. You’re laughing, but he’s worse than Kim-Jun fucking Tung or whatever he’s called. And he’s worse than Donald Trump. He’s the biggest liar and biggest faker in the business, so yeah, him.”
