It’s Friday, and it’s been a loooooooong week, full of projects and deadlines and old colleagues yelling at the President. So if you’re not at the Aspen Food and Wine Classic, treat yourself to this video of Anthony Bourdain, backstage at Late Night With Jimmy Fallon, instructing you in making the potent Negroni cocktail. Created in Venice by Count Negroni (“actually his name!” Bourdain notes), the cocktail is strong, “dangerously powerful,” and incredibly simple to make. “Any chimpanzee can make this drink,” he says, and if he’s wrong and your Negroni turns out badly, feel free to fling your feces at him.
