Le Bernardin has been having problems with its email reservation system and internet all day (their 4-star NYT review may have a little something to do with it), and Eric Ripert has taken to the Internets looking for help.

Celebrity chefs! They’re just like us! Cable companies screw with them too! And you know what sucks? Even if Ripert is publicly furious about it — Eric “Le Grand Glacial Terror” Ripert! — Time Warner won’t give a crap. That’s pretty much their thing.
