Grant Achatz Tweets Something That Might Be A Hint Towards The Next NEXT Menu

Grant Achatz is a tease of a man, a chef who loves operating on mystery and intrigue. He creates obscure trailers for his menus, runs whisper campaigns for his secret speakeasy bars, and boasts a moustache and goatee. (Everybody knows that men with moustaches and goatees do nothing but keep secrets.)

The internet believes this is an obvious sign that Achatz and crew will do a steakhouse-themed menu for their ADD restaurant NEXT, but what if he’s actually doing something else? What if this is just misdirection on Achatz’s part? What if the new NEXT menu is actually, we dunno, inspired by magazines? What if he’s really developing edible paper that tastes like steaks?

This is what happens when people raise the bar. Expectations get really high.
