WATCH: Your First Look At Homaro Cantu’s New Show, Cooking Under Pressure

Last month, Homaro Cantu of Chicago’s Moto restaurant announced he had recently signed a multi-season deal with a “major” TV network. Today, the chef’s twitter feed directs us to this sneak peek posted on YouTube. Described as “Restaurant Impossible meets Anthony Bourdain’s No Reservations”, the clip features Cantu, his partner Trevor Rose-Hamblin and a nicely CGI-ed smoldering fuse, and touts their team’s adventures in re-doing their restaurant menu every six weeks. Can their staff keep up? We’ll have to wait and see.
