WATCH: April Bloomfield Makes Burgers With Seth Meyers

Last night, April Bloomfield stopped by Late Night with Seth Meyers to show host Seth Meyers and Aidy Bryant how to make burgers. FYI: You do NOT make a good burger by pressing down on the patty with a spatula, regardless of how fun the sizzling sound is. Just don’t do it. Salvation Burger opens today at the Pod 51 Hotel, which should be a welcome addition to the Midtown dining scene. There’s not a lot going on there in terms of casual spots that still serve great food.

Salvation Taco at the Pod 39 Hotel was kind of a letdown, but if Bloomfield knows how to do one thing, it’s make a damn good burger. See: The Spotted Pig. We’re looking forward to checking it out. In the meantime, watch the video below:
