WATCH: Gordon Ramsay Dives for Scallops

Gordon Ramsay loves a wet suit. He seems to be donning them literally at all times. In his latest YouTube upload from The F Word, he goes hand-diving for scallops, and then makes a scallop tartar. He says the ones you dive for are so much better, he’d pay double over the ones that are dredged.
