JUST IN: Don Lemon Launching Major New Show on Elon Musk’s X

Don Lemon is making his return to broadcasting on X — the platform previously known as Twitter.
Lemon, who was fired from CNN last April, was announced on Tuesday as the host of a new project with the social media platform owned by Elon Musk. In a tweet from the company’s Business account, The Don Lemon Show will be 30 minutes long and appear on the platform exclusively three times a week:
We’re delighted to announce a new content partnership with @DonLemon for his new project, The Don Lemon Show. The award winning TV journalist will share his unique and honest voice in 30 minute episodes, three times a week, covering politics, culture, sports and entertainment.…

In a post of his own following the announcement, Lemon said: “I’ve heard you… and today I’m back bigger, bolder, freer! … I know now more than ever that we need a place for honest debate and discussion without the hall monitors. This is just the beginning so stay tuned.”

Lemon will join fellow Twitter/X host Tucker Carlson, who was fired from Fox News the same day Lemon was fired from CNN.
