Trump Warns ‘Totally Defenseless’ Iran It May Be Too Late to Strike Nuke Deal as Regime ‘Gets the Hell Beaten Out of Them’
President Donald Trump warned Iran it may be too late to strike a nuke deal as the regime’s conflict with Israel intensifies.
Flanked by construction workers from the White House lawn as he unveiled two brand-new flagpoles, the president took a strong stance toward Iran when asked if it was too late for Tehran to make a deal on its nuclear capability.
When asked by reporters if he’s spoken with Iran, Trump said he informed them “It’s very late, you know. I said it’s very late to be talking.
Trump added that Iranian officials have even offered to visit the White House to negotiate, but said time may be running out.
“I don’t know how much longer it’s gonna go on. They are totally defenseless. They have no air defense whatsoever. Totally captured. You know, we’ve totally captured the air.”
He added: “They are great, smart people. Those people are getting the hell beat out of them now. It’s really a shame. It’s so stupid. It’s so stupid.”
On Tuesday, Trump threatened Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei directly, posting to Truth Social, “We know exactly where the so-called “Supreme Leader” is hiding. He is an easy target, but is safe there – We are not going to take him out (kill!), at least not for now.”
