WATCH: Wild Philadelphia Shootout That Left 3 Dead Caught on Doorbell Camera

Wild footage captured the moment a tense shootout began at the Grays Ferry neighborhood of Philadelphia early Monday in an attack that left three people dead and 10 others injured.

Surveillance footage captured on a Ring doorbell camera shows a group of people pulling out guns and opening fire on the 1500 block of South Etting Street, where a large gathering had formed before 1 a.m. ET.

Police said the attackers appeared to be firing indiscriminately as those on the porch returned fire. Many of the victims were between the ages of 15 to 24.

Those killed were identified as Zahir Wylie, 23; Jason Reese, 19; and Azir Harris, 24. According to ABC 6, a 19-year-old man remains in critical condition. Others injured included two 17-year-old boys and a 15-year-old girl. A bystander was also hurt while trying to flee, though not by gunfire.

“This is coward stuff. You see the size of this block, individuals just shooting randomly into houses, into cars. I mean, this is coward wannabe-thug stuff,” Police Commissioner Kevin Bethel said at a press briefing. “It’s hard to understand why people engage in this kind of behavior.”

The attack comes on the heels of a weekend in which police were reportedly already stretched thin responding to large gatherings and calls about loud music across the city. Officers were en route to a nearby disturbance when they heard the gunfire erupt.

One person was taken into custody with a weapon while images of other suspects, captured on the Ring camera, have been released by police as a manhunt continues.
