Former Obama Aide Explodes at Tapper Over ‘Made Up’ Biden Scandal: ‘Kissing Up to Right-Wing Media!’

Former Obama aide Johanna Maska dismissed new reporting on the cover-up of former President Joe Biden’s decline in office as a “made-up Jake Tapper scandal.”

Maska joined a panel on the latest episode of Piers Morgan Uncensored, where she grew frustrated with talk about corruption in the Democratic Party.

Under the topic of whether former president Biden will be judged more or less harshly than former presidents Richard Nixon or Jimmy Carter, the issue of Hunter Biden his infamous laptop, and his joining the board of Burisma all came up, along other prominent Biden scandals. It was then that Maska lost her patience and stated with frustration that, yes, the former president’s son is “corrupt.”

“Hunter was corrupt! All of us knew! Hunter was corrupt,” Maska exclaimed, listing some of the younger Biden’s past misdeeds and public scandals, including sleeping with his late brother’s wife.

The podcaster and former Obama aide argued Democrats were already “held accountable” for Biden by losing the 2024 presidential election.

According to Maska, talk about Hunter Biden’s actions and Biden administration officials covering up his increasing struggles is a waste of time. She urged fellow panelist Chuck Todd and Original Sin author Tapper to cover Republicans and the current administration. Maska accused Tapper of authoring the book on Biden’s decline to earn “access” to the Trump White House.

“I also want us talking about issues that are not some made-up Jake Tapper scandal,” she said. “I mean, Chuck, we traveled around the world with Jake Tapper and you, and I know that you guys care a lot about the story, but you also care about access. And Jake Tapper has done this multiple times where he has done whatever he can to get access. So now he’s kissing up to the right-wing media because he wants access in the Trump White House.”

Maska acknowledged “corruption” is worth covering, but claimed corruption in the Biden White House isn’t as important as Trump’s agenda.

“We are missing all of the stories that actually affect people. Corruption, absolutely cover it, but also the 1,000 plus page bill that the House Republicans just passed, that will actually affect people in Galesburg, Illinois. And that’s what’s going to matter this next election. My point is, Chuck, we had an election and we lost.”
