Not great news for UFC star Conor McGregor today as he has been charged with six offenses stemming from a driving-related incident last month in Ireland, according to ESPN
McGregor appeared in Blanchardstown District Court Thursday and is being charged with two counts of dangerous driving, driving without a license, failure to produce a license, driving without insurance and failure to produce insurance records, according to a court spokesperson.

The UFC star was arrested March 22 in the Palmerstown section of Dublin for the alleged driving offenses. The case will be remanded until June 23, per the court.
“Mr. McGregor was driving to the gym when he was stopped by (the police) for alleged road traffic violations,” McGregor’s spokesperson Karen Kessler told ESPN. “He passed the drug and alcohol tests taken at the station.”
Following the court appearance, McGregor was stopped by reporters in Ireland to provide comments to which he replied bluntly, “just straight back into training,” before holding up a fist.

3 weights. 3 KO’s. Moving up.
The one and only one to ever do it.— Conor McGregor (@TheNotoriousMMA) April 7, 2022
McGregor has made it known that he eyes a return to UFC glory, looking to jump back in at 170 pounds to become the first triple weight champion in the company’s history.
The task is easier said than done as McGregor would have to face the arguably pound-for-pound king in Kamaru Usman.
