Woman in Background of Viral Steph Curry Photo Identified as Escort: ‘Best Date of My Life’

The woman responsible for a viral photobomb during a Golden State Warriors game has been identified as an escort based in the Bay Area.
During the Warriors’ Wednesday game against the Milwaukee Bucks, Warriors guard Steph Curry made a 3-point shot in the first quarter to put the team up by seven. When the Bucks called a timeout, Curry mimicked a golf swing in celebration of the shot.

Over the last few years, Curry has become something of a golf aficionado and even has a tournament win to his name.
San Francisco Chronicle photographer Scott Strazzante captured the moment on camera, but many users online couldn’t help but notice a woman in the stands behind Curry.

It didn’t take long for the internet to identify the woman as Katherine Taylor, an escort based in San Francisco. According to the New York Post, she charges $900 per hour for her services.
Taylor joked that it was the “best date of my life” in response to the wave of social media attention.
