‘This Woman Is a BEAST’: Fox News Hosts Attack Katie Porter As ‘Not Very Attractive’ After Viral Trainwreck

The hosts of Fox News’ The Big Weekend Show were all sickened by video clips of former Rep. Katie Porter (D-CA) scolding both an underling and an interviewer that went viral this past week, with co-host Tomi Lahren on Saturday saying the California Democrat came across more like an animal than a human.

“This woman is a beast. Let’s just say it: she’s a beast,” Lahren said.

Lahren continued: “She’s mean to people. If one time [you lose your cool]… people will forgive you for it. You lose your cool five times, six times in front of a camera, then people don’t give you that grace anymore. Everyone has a bad day; this seems like it’s been a series of bad days and unfortunate events for Katie Porter.”

Her remark came right after Fox News commentator Griff Jenkins asked:

“Are we just seeing a candidate who truly does not know how to sit down with a local reporter and answer questions? Or is she sort of revealing, maybe, her true self — and that’s not very attractive?”

The Fox News segment followed a rough week for Porter. The ex-congresswoman, who represented a portion of Orange County, California from 2019 to early 2025, had multiple videos release this week that made her look bad, including one in which snapped at CBS News reporter Julie Watts. Porter was not thrilled with one of her questions and tried to storm out of the interview.

Another clip surfaced soon after, in which Porter fumed at a staffer to “get out of my f***ing shot!”

The Big Weekend Show co-host Johnny “Joey” Jones on Saturday echoed what his colleagues said  — but said he would not be shocked to see her become California’s next governor.

“It’s one thing to be ugly on the outside, it’s another thing to be ugly on the inside. Sometimes the inside shows through and that’s all you got left. The woman doesn’t deserve a compliment — I won’t give her one — but they may call her ‘Misses Governor,’ that might be what it turns into.”

Fox News contributor Katie Pavlich then joked she shares the first name and initial with Porter.

“I just hate that her name is Katie. Like, This really sucks,” Pavlich said.
