Biden: Clinton Knows She Would Have to Be ‘More Open’ as President

Vice President Joe Biden acknowledged on Face the Nation this morning that Hillary Clinton needs to be “more open as president” and said that Clinton herself understands that.

He told John Dickerson Clinton didn’t understand the gravity of that private server before saying she has a tendency to “overthink” things after being “so battered over the last 30 years.”

The veep believes there’s been a “concerted effort” to undermine her credibility.

Biden even went so far as to say that she gets unfair double standards because of her gender, saying that “she makes fewer mistakes than I make or most people I know.”

And the impression people get listening to Clinton, he added, “doesn’t go to her integrity or her honesty, it goes to her style.”
