Bill O’Reilly: Nancy Grace is ‘Toast’

Tuesday night, Bill O’Reilly and his legal panel took on the recent lawsuit against HLN host Nancy Grace, who is under fire after allegedly stating false information about a high-profile case on the air. O’Reilly concluded that Grace is, effectively, “toast.”

The libel suit against Grace, who claimed that the DNA of Michael Skakel, nephew of the late Robert Kennedy, was found at the crime scene of the 1975 murder of Martha Moxley even though that was not the case, was allowed to proceed forward this week by a federal judge.

Representing Grace’s side of the argument, Kimberly Guilfoyle said her team is saying that “if you take the whole sum and substance of what was said during that television show it is substantially true, that’s the defense.”

After playing a clip of Grace’s statements, O’Reilly said, “that shows that Ms. Grace is not well-disposed towards Skakel.” With the Time Warner failing in its bid to have the case dismissed, O’Reilly concluded Grace is “toast.”
