Charles Krauthammer: Trump Has ‘Weaponized Twitter’

During a Fox News panel discussion about the arm-twisting over health care in Congress, Charles Krauthammer pointed to how President Trump has “weaponized Twitter.”

Earlier today Trump reportedly told Republicans in a closed-door meeting, “I honestly think many of you will lose your seats in 2018 if you don’t get this done.”

Krauthammer told Bret Baier, “He said essentially you better come aboard. He did it with a smile, he did it with a joke, I think he means it.” He said some Republicans are concerned about primary challenges.

Laura Ingraham said that Republicans don’t have the votes, noting that the Freedom Caucus is not budging on their opposition right now.
