Charlotte Pence Responds to John Oliver’s Marlon Bundo Book

By now you may have heard that John Oliver released a book on Vice President Mike Pence‘s bunny Marlon Bundo… opposite the release of Charlotte Pence‘s Bundo book.
Oliver announced the book at the end of a segment on Pence’s conservative Christian politics and said the proceeds would benefit The Trevor Project and AIDS United.
Oliver’s book––a love story between Marlon Bundo and Wesley––is reportedly outselling Pence’s. On Fox Business this morning, Charlotte Pence was asked about the competition, and she noted how both of their books are giving proceeds to charity groups.
“Imitation is the most sincere form of flattery,” she said. “His book is contributing to charities I think we can all get behind. We have two books that are giving to charities that are about bunnies, so I’m all for it.”
