Clinton Surrogate Accidently Denounces Trump Supporter For ‘Cock-Blocking’ Protester

Hillary Clinton surrogate and former Michigan governor Jennifer Granholm accused a Donald Trump supporter of “cock-blocking” a protester at a rally during a CNN hit Wednesday.

Granholm argued the meaning of Trump’s comments that “Second Amendment people could stop Clinton was clear. “I mean, all you have to do is listen to it. People are not stupid. I know he was trying to say it as a joke. If you are running for president, you do not joke about assassinations.”

She began to list off all the times Trump seemingly encouraged violence during the primaries. “He offered to pay for the legal fees of a guy who cock-blocked one of the protesters,” Granholm said, while making a punching motion.

Granholm was probably trying to say the man “clocked” or perhaps “cold-cocked” the protester, both synonyms for knocking someone out with a punch. “Cock-block” is an crude expression that has nothing to do with punching (although assault does tend to dampen the mood somewhat).
