CNN Anchor Asks Guest If ISIS Is Just ‘Teasing’ the U.S.

CNN anchor Fredricka Whitfield asked a guest today if ISIS is just “teasing” the United States with its latest video.

The newest ISIS propaganda video includes celebration of the Paris attacks and images of New York City, raising concerns about the U.S. being a potential next target.

Whitfield spoke with former Assistant Secretary of Defense Mary Beth Long about the U.S. strategy against ISIS and asked about how the United States determines whether this kind of information is serious or whether ISIS is being “braggadocious” or “teasing this nation” with something like that.

Long said that the easiest way of doing that is looking at the terror network in Europe and seeing what overlap exists––if any––within the United States.
