CNN To Debut Jake Tapper Reports On Thursday Night

CNN will debut one of their latest hires, Jake Tapper, in a anchor role on Thursday night. Tapper will host Jake Tapper Reports when he presents a documentary on a soldier who served in Afghanistan.

“An American Hero: The Uncommon Valor of Clint Romesha,” an in-depth report hosted by Tapper, will air at 10 p.m. EST. The documentary will examine Romesha’s experiences while serving at Combat Outpost Keating in Afghanistan.

Tapper’s 2012 book, The Outpost, is based on the Romesha’s service in Afghanistan in 2009.

CNN says that Jake Tapper Reports is a working title that will be used for future features like this documentary.
