CNN’s Bash Confronts Rubio Over Language: I Can’t Let My Son Watch the News

CNN’s Dana Bash confronted Marco Rubio in an interview on State of the Union about the language on the campaign trail.

Bash told Rubio that she has a 4-year-old and “I’m having trouble letting him watch the news because things have gotten so vulgar and so over-the-top that I don’t want him to think that it’s okay to act like that.”

Rubio acknowledged that things have gotten a little out of hand, but put all that on Trump, saying, “I don’t want a president we have to keep explaining to our kids.”

When Bash confronted Rubio about his specific language, Rubio said that Trump’s a bully and he’s just fighting back.
