Colbert Sees Something Suspicious About the Clinton Baby…

It would, of course, be way out of bounds to bring Charlotte Clinton Mezvinsky, the newest addition to the Clinton clan, into partisan politics. But there was just something nagging at Stephen Colbert last night…

After calling the birth of a grandchild yet another Hillary Clinton flip-flop (“Four days ago, she wasn’t a grandmother, now she claims she is!”), Colbert offered a brief moment of sincerity for the Clintons.

But he just couldn’t help himself and said, “Charlotte? Kinda suspicious she was named after the largest city in a major swing state!”

Well, at least it wasn’t at New York Post levels.

Colbert also used the segment to mock the Washington Free Beacon for a letter it obtained addressed to Saul Alinsky from Hillary Clinton.
