Ex-Obama Advisor Axelrod on Clinton: ‘She Didn’t Give a Great Speech’

David Axelrod, former advisor to President Obama, wasn’t terribly impressed with Hillary CLinton‘s speech tonight.

He acknowledged the speech wasn’t her strength and said, “She didn’t give a great speech tonight… but she hit some ground that is very, very valuable to her.”

What worked the most, Axelrod said, was her attacks against Donald Trump.

So, he concluded, it’s “effective.”
