Fox’s Krauthammer: Trumpless Debate Was Better, More Substantive, Less About Insults
Fox News’ Charles Krauthammer spoke with Megyn Kelly moments after the network’s debate tonight and said for some reason it was much more substantive and less about personal attacks.
“It was a very spirited debate,” he said, “it was much more substantive than about any other, and there were almost none of the ad hominem in the insults that were heard in the earlier debate.”
He added, “I’ll leave it to the viewers to figure out why.”
At one point minutes later, Krauthammer finally, and reluctantly, brought up Trump’s name after going out of his way to avoid saying it.
