James Carville Tells Fox He’s So Perplexed By Progressive Left They Must Be Using an AI ‘Stupid Idea Generator’

Veteran political strategist James Carville thinks those on the “progressive left” must be using an “AI random stupid idea generator” to come up with their ideas.

Carville joined Fox News’ Kayleigh McEnany on Saturday in America where he responded to multiple progressive Democrats insulting and/or dismissing him and his criticism of the “woke” left.

McEnany played clips for Carville of Michigan Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed saying no one should listen to Carville because he’s said one “smart” thing his whole career — “it’s the economy, stupid.”

She also showed a clip of Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) encouraging Carville to go start a third political party after Carville threatened to ditch Democrats if they embrace far-left streamer Hasan Piker.

Carville took a sarcastic swing at all of the “progressive left” after McEnany finally showed him a clip of Wisconsin gubernatorial hopeful Francesca Hong explaining her past position that Thanksgiving should be canceled — which she later backtracked on.

“Thanksgiving is also a time that’s incredibly painful for many people in our communities. And so I think there I wanted to make sure that people understood that there are multiple views, but views can evolve,” Hong said in the clip from CNN.

McEnany noted Hong now says Thanksgiving’s her “favorite holiday” and added, “I imagine you don’t like that as a political operative, that quote.”

Carville said:

Look, I think that the progressive left, they’re very tech people, I think they’ve come up with an AI random stupid idea generator.

And I think the stupid idea generator can think of things that humans can’t, like canceling Thanksgiving or being against interracial dating.

So I’m just waiting to the next stupid idea AI generator that comes out… it’ll probably go through the humanities faculty at the University of Wisconsin before and after it actually gets put in a candidate’s hand.
