Leno: Christie Denying Everything Makes Him Seem ‘Even More Presidential’ Now

Jay Leno took on the Chris Christie bridge scandal Thursday night and had some fun with the governor over the news. Because as Leno put it, no one knows about 2016, but Christie will “cross that bridge when he comes to it.”

Leno offered a slight defense of Christie, saying that he couldn’t have possibly been directly involved in clogging the George Washington Bridge because “he was too busy clogging his own arteries at the time.”

On the plus side, this might not be a total loss for his presidential ambitions because he’s denying every accusation made against him, making him “even more presidential” now.
