Millennial Gushes After Debate That She’s Voting for Marco Rubio Because of ‘His Beautifulness’

Republican Florida Senator Marco Rubio has at least one new superfan following his Wednesday presidential debate, who couldn’t stop gushing about how beautiful he was.

Local West Palm Beech ABC station WPBF was trying to interview attendees of Rubio’s debate with Florida Democratic Senator Patrick Murphy when one millennial made a beeline for the microphone. “I thought Marco Rubio was awesome. I told him he was a beautiful man. He told me he’s not, but I still think he is,” she smiled.

The young woman—possibly a student at Broward College– said she was undecided before the debate and that she didn’t care for Rubio’s endorsement of Donald Trump. “But I still think he did better than Patrick Murphy,” she said.

“What was the clincher for you?” the reporter asked.

“The clincher? I don’t know… his beautifulness honestly!” she giggled. “I don’t know, he’s just really smart, he’s really intelligent, and he has the experience.”

Alas for Murphy, the second undecided millennial interviewed by WPBF also said she liked Rubio. “I feel as if Marco Rubio, he had more facts to back it up while the other guy– he kind of got emotional a little bit,” the young African-American woman said.
