O’Reilly: Will Obama ‘Harm the Country’ by Legalizing Undocumented Immigrants?

Tonight, Bill O’Reilly took aim at the rumors that Barack Obama plans on legalizing millions of undocumented immigrants next week, and blasted the plan as fundamentally anti-American.

“Now, Talking Points believes it is meaningless, meaningless, to debate the merits of amnesty for illegal aliens,” he argued. “The far left, the open border people, some in the Hispanic American precincts, will not be dissuaded. They want few limits on immigration. Nothing I can say, nothing you can say will change their minds.

“Same thing on the right. Millions of Americans believe that people breaking civil law, illegally crossing the border. overstaying their visas, have no right at all to any privileges given by our federal government.”

O’Reilly then wondered (again) whether Obama was drifting towards authoritarianism: “Remember, President Obama is a constitutional attorney. He knows that undermining immigration law is wrong. He knows the Founding Fathers did not want presidents to make law. Yet, Barack Obama doesn’t seem to care. That’s dangerous.”
