Peter King Hammers Trump for Sounding Like ‘Left-Wing Michael Moore Wacko’ on 9/11

Republican Congressman Peter King was a little baffled tonight by how the Republican frontrunner for the presidency sounds like Michael Moore when he talks about 9/11.

In the past, King has praised Trump for speaking candidly and not like a typical politician, but he told Megyn Kelly tonight that Trump’s assertion Bush didn’t keep America safe in the lead-up to 9/11 is “totally misleading and untrue.”

In fact, he even said Trump is now “sounding like a left-wing Michael Moore wacko.”

Kelly brought up Trump’s infamous “haters and losers” 9/11 tweet, and King said no matter how much Trump might say so, it’s kind of a leap to assert his immigration policy would have stopped the terrorist attack.

And since this was someone taking a shot at Trump on Megyn Kelly’s show, let’s go ahead and start the countdown clock to when Trump responds to this.
