Sanders: Maybe Hillary’s Judgment ‘Is Not Quite as High as It Should Be’
Bernie Sanders is reframing his attack on whether Hillary Clinton is “qualified” as whether she has the “judgment” to be president, as demonstrated on Face the Nation this morning.
Sanders insisted that he only jumped into the fray because he’s being attacked “pretty harshly” by the Clinton campaign. He said it’s certainly a big issue when she’s taking tons of special interest money.
He said, “Maybe her judgment is not quite as high as it should be.”
John Dickerson asked if he considers her judgment “irrevocably broken” and a deal breaker for the presidency.
Sanders didn’t go quite that far, but said it’s a serious problem for Clinton.
