Stephen Colbert Calls Fox and Friends ‘Hacks’ For Coverage Of News Corp. Hacking Scandal

 

Last Friday morning Fox and FriendsSteve Doocy interviewed a media consultant to ostensibly discuss the News of the World phone hacking scandal and quickly conflated other instances of corporations getting hacked with the current story embroiling News Corp. Last night Stephen Colbert “celebrated” this creative defense of Fox News’ parent company focusing on how the only similarity in the examples cited was that they shared the same word, or that both corporations were “victims of being in the same sentence with the word ‘hacked.'”
